Project “Villas Hreljići” is being developed on a surface of 7400m2, which is divided into four separate building parcels. Building of a self-standing object with an exterior pool is predicted for each separate parcel. Villas are predicted as private residences for relaxation or as tourist rental homes which are becoming more and more popular among foreign tourists in Istria.
